Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

At Taiyari Artesanos, we value the craftsmanship of our artisans and the satisfaction of our customers. Please review our policies below regarding exchanges, returns, and refunds.

*International orders are not eligible for returns. 
*Sale items, custom pieces  and sanitary goods such as face masks, and Bath & Skincare products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

1. Exchanges & Returns

  • We accept exchanges within 15 days from the delivered date for Online purchases made through taiyariartesanos.com 

  •  Items must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging.

  • Exchange/Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • You can return your product for store credit, exchange, or a refund to the original payment method.

  • If you decide to receive an exchange, we will mail you the replacement item(s) within 1-2 business days after receiving your package. ( Depending on availability)

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2.  Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 8 calendar days of receiving your order. We will inspect the item and offer an exchange or store credit.

  • For defective items, we will cover the shipping costs for the return.

4. How to Return or Exchange an Item

  • Email us at taiyari.onlinestore@gmail.com to request a return or exchange. After receiving your email you will receive the return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the return.
  • Package and seal your merchandise securely (preferably in the original package). and include the original exchange form.
  • Ship the package to: PO Box 150084, Austin, TX 78715
    Please note:

a. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense and non-refundable.

b. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first.

c. Any addresses on the parcel is not approved as a return address. Returned package without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned. Return shipping costs for the returned packages are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

  • It may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method. 

  • If you received our refund confirmation email but haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. You should email us at taiyari.onlinestore@gmail.com

  • Cancellations after 24 hours but before shipping will incur a 15% cancellation fee. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
